    Spinach soup and 2 dosa with chutney and 1/2 cup tea

    16.11.
    Breakfast- bread sandwich, tea and 2 biscuit
    Snack- persimmon fruit
    Lunch- veg pulao 1 cup and a cupcake
    Snack - Sundal and buttermilk
    Dinner- 2 chapathi and channa gravy
    Workout- 45 mins workout and 1 hour walking

    Lunch- lemon rice
    Workout- 1 hr Workout

    14 to 16 is work travel. So no workout but a lot of walking around, standing.
    Kept my intake low by skipping breakfast and skipping carbs / desserts.

    Nov 17
    Breakfast : 2 slices toast + Pomegranate 1 cup
    Lunch : White pumpkin, raw banana fry, rice
    Dinner : Idly + veg sambar

    Yesterday was a stressful day at work and home..hence managed with some food control here and there

    Breakfast:
    2 Idly with dal and chutney
    Payaya
    Coffee
    Lunch:
    1 cup rice
    1 cub dal
    1 cup carrot beans curry

    Snacks:
    1 Bopmbay Sandwich (
    1 cup popcorn

    D1nner:

    1 cup rice upma

    1 hour walk
    3 lts water

    Nov 18:
    Breakfast
    1 thappam
    1 slice bread jam
    coffee

    Plan for the rest of the day

    lunch:
    2 chapathi
    spinach dal
    cabbage curry

    dinner:
    corn soup

    Hi everyone I am not feeling well. Down with cold and cough.
    18.11.
    Breakfast- 1 chapathi and 1 banana
    Lunch- quinoa with Moong
    Snack- 1 biscuit and 1/2 bread
    Dinner- tea with chapathi and salad
    No workout just walking 30 mins

    Hoping to recover soon

    Weekend was mixed..while sat and sun first half went well sunday evening get together took my diet to a toss

    Sat:
    Breakfast
    SAndwich one slice and coffee

    Lunch
    2 chapathi, Dal, beetroot cury, Banana Stem kootu

    Dinner half cup fried rice, Dal soup

    1 hour walk

    Sun:

    Breakfats
    1 Dosa, 1 coffee
    Lunch:
    2 chapathi, greens, raw banana curry , dal

    Snacks,
    3 aloo bonda, 1 samosa , 1 coffee:coldsweat:

    dinner: skipped

    Breakfast:
    2 dosa, 1 cup papaya

    20 mnts walk
    Plan for the rest of day:

    Lunch:
    2 chapati, paneer capsicum gravy, dal, bitter guard curry

    dinner:
    tomato soup

    40 mnts walk

    So far see a good progress in weight. Hoping for the best

    Checked my weight on Monday. It was 83 kg. Happy to see some changes. However, it may be also due to sickness.
    Weekends were with Kanji and soup.
    21.11.
    Breakfast- puttu and green gram
    Snack- 1 chocolate bread
    Lunch- quinoa with moong soup
    Snack- grapes, peanut
    Dinner- 3 adai dosa and thogayal
    22.11.
    Breakfast- 2 adai dosa and thogayal
    Snack- Ragi porridge and apple
    Lunch- dhal rice, bitterguard poriyal. Brussel sprout soup
    Snack -grapes and 2 biscuits
    Dinner- planning idly and sambar
    Both days had 30 mins walking
