    Dear Mantra,

I am also new to this community. Just came across this thread and i really wanted to join here. Because just three days before i took a resolution of shedding my extra pounds... and it's been three days now. Kindly count me in.

    My details are :
    height is 167 cm
    weight is 85 kgs
    Goal is 65 kgs

    My daily routine :
    - wake up : 1 glass water with fenugreek seeds
    - after an hour coffee (prepared with 150 ml of skimmed milk + 1 teaspoon of sugar)
    - Breakfast : oats with milk but more water
    - Mid morning : salad (lettuce+1 carrot + small pieces of cucumber)
    - lunch : 3 phulka's + moong or channa dal OR veg. curry
    - Mid noon : handful of grapes
    - Evening : coffee with crackers or rusk
    - dinner : some sundal or Salad OR furits...

My exercise routine is : walking/ jogging 40 to 45 mns

my serious problem is : i have 20 months old baby boy, i have to take care of him all alone because currently we are in abroad now. I can't starve really.
normally he goes to sleep very late in the night around 12. So if i take somethine very light for the dinner, i feel hungry again before i go to bed.
    sometimes it leads to frustration...
Having protein rich sundals (channa dal r moong dal) ok for dinner?
or can you give me some ideas on low calorie recpies?

i want to reduce 6 to 8 kgs before this august 20'th. because we might go to india for a short vacation. I dont want my people teasing me again for my weight... :(

    awaiting for your reply ...
    Thanks in advance....

And all the best of luck for your efforts...

    Cheers..
