    thank you very much manju.i think you mean the eyepins that are used for holding the beads.they are available with and without holes at the bottom too.we call them as eyepins or headpins dear.they are available in all jewellery materials stores.as you have said after putting the desired beads into the eyepins we have to bend them with the help of plier to attach it to the earring bases.hope i have cleared your doubt.if you need further info pls pm me
