New Resident In Irvine. Need Help Finding Pediatrician, Etc

Hello,
I am new to Irvine area. I need help finding a good pediatrician in Irvine/Tustin area. Not necessarily desi, but someone who understands that we are vegetarians.
Also, any info on good ob, internal med dr. I have a good PPO plan. So most places should accept us.

Also, are there some good places to buy phulkas/curries (mainly phulkas). I need them in bulk since I am here alone with my 2.5 year old. my hubby is still in his old job and will move here once he gets a job here. So I need to reduce my cooking time!
