Hi IL... m looking to buy an apartment in bangalore.... Flats in S.Unnathi( Horamavu,Kelkere Road,Blr) are going at low price compared to other flats around that area,just 10min. drive from Marthahalli ....its floor plan and all the amenities looks pretty good. Before v decide over it i want to know if thr is any water problem in this area,does anybody know about these builders?(they say they wr contractors of Sri Ram Group?),will this area hav gud appreciation? It will really help me if i get more information on this ..... thank u
