    I think you are asking for night, it is better to have only fruits, but to start you can have soups . In soups, that 'magic soup' is too good. ( which we used to take in GM diet)

    Meal 2- wheat dosa , green peas curry , 1 amla
    Meal 3 - green tea, boiled cauliflower and broccoli
    Meal 4 - 2 chapathi , egg curry with egg white, soya and mushroom sabji
    Meal 5 - green tea, cooked lentil with little jaggery , cucumber salad
    Meal 6 - 1 apple, 5-6 walnut, 1 big banana
    Meal 7 - 1 chapati, 2 piece fish from gravy,veg salad

    Water - 3 litre

    Exercise

    walking - 60 min- 3 miles
    Yoga - 1 hour
    climbed 5 floors - 3 times
    Face and neck exercise

    Hi Krishnamma,

    I saw this thread just today and this is exactly when I was planning to start GM diet. I wanted to start GM diet from past one week but each time some work used to come for which I had to go outside and I used to postpone the diet. I was not sure if I would be able to do the GM diet as I have a 2yr kid who makes me run behind her the whole day and also I am a working woman (working from home). But after seeing your diet plan and the way so many ladies reduced few pounds in just a week's time, I think I will follow this diet starting tomorrow. Is there anyone who will start this diet from tomorrow, just to have company?

    I have one doubt, you have mentioned that we can have fruits for dinner. But I have readin few magazines that we should not have fruits after 6pm. Is that you are having a very early dinner of fruits?

    From past two weeks I am trying to have healthy food the maximum (but mostly on weekends have some sweets or fried items:hide:). I am doing 30mins yoga and surya namaskar in the morning (sometimes if I get lazy I skip the surya namaskar:thumbsdown). 25mins cardio exercise in the evening at least 4 days a week. I have seen that my dresses are loose now which means I have lost few inches but there was no change in the weight though (not sure if such a thing happens). But today when I checked my weight I saw that reuced 400gms .. I am sooooo happy.. :banana:banana

    My current weight is 66.7kgs (as of today) and target weight is 55kgs. I have a marriage to attend next month. I know its not possible to lose around 10kgs in a month but I need to reduce the maximum. Will tell you all the results after a week's time.
