New Diet chart with my experience !

    your thread is very useful. I am planning to reduce weight. But I can't fast. Your hubby's diet plan will be helpful for me.

    I am read ur thread for a long time and started following very recently.

    I started having soups at night...yesterday i replaced my night food with oranges..

    Thanks for sharing this wonderful idea. Will update about the weight loss soon.

    Very Good to hear from you Lavanya :) ya, you can follow this type of eating to reduce your weight without much strain or struggle. i f you can please do some workouts like walking etc. that will give you a very good result. ALL THE BEST MA :)

    Please confirm this krishnaamma, Is it ok to have oats, soups, corn flakes or only fruits are allowed. I have this doubt most of the times. Please confirm

    Meal 1- methi , 1 glass water, cinnamon tea,
    Meal 2- barley cooked with dal and palak
    Meal 3 - green tea, grapes
    Meal 4 - 2 chapathi , green peas masala,
    Meal 5 - green tea, boiled black channa
    Meal 6 - 1 orange , 10 almonds, 4 fig, 1 apple
    Meal 7 - 1 chapati, dal, veg salad, 4 small prawns cooked

    Water - 2.5 litre

    Exercise
    ======
    walking - 60 min
    climbed 5 floors - 4 times
    Face and neck exercise
    side bending : 25 times
    Sit Ups : 35:
    Toe touching : 25
