    Meal 2- 2 wheat dosa , black channa
    Meal 3 - green tea , boiled mushroom and broccoli 4 fig
    Meal 4 - 2 wheat dosa , chicken
    Meal 5 - brown bread sandwich
    Meal 6 - 1 bowl papaya , apple-pineapple-mint and lime juice
    Meal 7 - 2 green gram dosa, squid masala , 1 banana(red)
