    how are you... good to see you after a long time... babita is on and off dieting i'm in touch with her... mubeen got married and settled in dubai... i met her too...

    krishnamma is having back pain and taking rest... so could'nt login often...

    good to know you could maintain your even without dieting and exercise... that's really great... you were so regular in your diet before... so welcome back again to those perfect regular sechedules...

    Thanks so much for you sweet words! I can't wait to start from tomorrow. Tonight I am having some yummy pongal and gotsu that my mom has made for me..but I am going to very strict from tomorrow. I will post my weight tomorrow morning..the plan starts from there!! :)

    my day 22 feb------

    @6.00-------2 glass hot water with fenugreek seeds
    @6.30----------1 glass water boiled with cinnamon,ginger ,2 spoon honey
    @9.00-----------small bowl of bran flakes with milk,1 apple
    @11.00-----------green tea
    @12.30---------3 phulkas,carrot,cucumber,raita with low fat curd
    @4.00----------1 cup of milk withbran flakes
    @7.00----------2 chappathi
    @9.00-------1 bowl pav bhaji's bhaji n 1 bread[​IMG](was tasting after almost 6-7 months so.....)
    @9.30-----------1 cup milk

    exercise-------15 mins kapalbhatti,floor exercise 10 mins

    that's a great diet just for pav baji you are feeling bad... after 7 months you are having we got to have our favourite foods now and then do enjoy... anyway i guess your GM will help you ... all the best..

    Hi Ladies,

    Lost 1.5 lbs last week...Pretty happy with myself...at 151.5 now:) I hope I finish this month at 150!! Worst part, today morning my ellliptical broke down. while I was working out... got only 17 minutes of work out today..sad:( ..So instead of hunting for a job..I went gym hunting...and joined one:) INstead of elliptical..planning to do go for a one hour yoga session today evening..All excited!
