    @7.00-------hot water with fenugreek seeds
    @7.30----------masala tea(cinnamon,ginger,pepper,elaichi) with no milk,no sugar........ added shatavari kalp ,oats with low fat milk
    @10.30-----------green tea
    @12.00---------carrot,beet,salad leaves with curd
    @12.30--------khichadi made from broken wheat with vegewtables n no oil
    @4.30---------1 cup milk with 2 spoons bran flakes
    @7.00----------2 fenugreek leaves wheat dosa
    @7.30---------salad made from capsicum,carrot,cabbage,beet
    @8.00--------1 apple,1 cup milk

    exercise-------25 mins cardio+aerobics,30 mins floor exercise n some asans
