New Diet chart with my experience !

    Thanks! I was being bad:)..did not control on weekends or else would have reached my target...maybe this weekend I will try to control..but not sure being V day! and cusin is supposed to come visit me...so might end up cookin for her!

    Thanks! I agree with you on the weight thing..I used to keep checking it zillion times and now my hubby puts in it his drawer n locks it..I used to be so into it al the time!!! And I would crib that I hadnt lost any and would end up stuffin myself:)..Dont know how I got over it...But if I am tensed due to anything else, I still find comfort in food:)...How old is your kid?

    rice is not bad, if taken in limited portions..so if you like it, you dont have to give up on it...

    Hi all,

    Since yesterday was my first day...

    I feel hungry all the time...:hide:. I had taken food in limited quantity. And had apple when i'm not able to control

    And me n hubby had long walk for 1 hr. I hope it will help.

    Today morning had methi n hot water.:coffee

    As manisha said if we check the weight then tat will be in our mind troubling all the time...., I hav checked yest n will do it aft a week. It is better to see a decrease of 1 kg than few grams na. It will make us more happy.:rotfl

    good to know you started your diet...
    all the best.. i used to do one thing during dieting... cut and keep some veggies and fruits on your table so when you feel hungry you are forced to munch only that , coz one reason not to waste another it reminds you are dieting and wanna loose your weight on a healthy way too...

    actually if we are hungry we end up eating more at the end so its better to eat healthy and loose weight ...

    what laks mentioned is absolutely correct during dieting never ever try to avoid anything... sure you get tempted to eat more at the end... its better to reduce the quantity and eat what you eat normally... coz we just cant come out of our normal food habits...all the best :thumbsup

    laksn------2 kids......one will be 4 yrs in april and one will step into 7 months from tomorrow....

    laksn,shvap---------for rice two days i don't get tempted to it.........i have increased 1 phulka instead of that.........

    priya,laksn-----also i m not checking my weight because i want to see good loss ...........because now i m not feeling that i have lost any weight

    my day 9 feb------

    @7.00-------hot water with fenugreek seeds
    @7.30----------masala tea(cinnamon,ginger,pepper,elaichi) with no milk,no sugar........ added shatavari kalp ,oats with low fat milk
    @10.30-----------green tea
    @12.30--------4 phulkas, dish made from fenugreek leaves,small bowl of dal
    @3.30-------1/2 carrot,cucumber
    @5.00---------1 cup coffee wthout sugar n 3 marie biscuits
    @7.30----------2 phulkas
    @8.00---------veg soup made from capsicum,carrot,cabbage,beans
    @8.30--------1 cup milk

    esercise-------25 mins cardio+aerobics,30 mins floor exercise n some asans
