New Diet chart with my experience !

    sorry for last 2-3 days i forgot to include this..........

    @12.30---------3 phulkas,dish made with beans,ric n dhal

    for shvap n alpa-----

    how u store the fruits after cutting it .........like watermelon,pappaya.........as it can't b finished in one time.

    my day 7 feb------
    @7.30-------hot water with fenugreek seeds
    @8.00----------masala tea(cinnamon,ginger,pepper,elaichi) with no milk,no sugar........ added shatavari kalp ,oats with low fat curd
    @12.30--------3 phulkas, sprouts
    @3.30-------1 carrot,1 cucumber
    @5.00---------1 cup coffee wthout sugar n 3 marie biscuits
    @9.30----------late as v were invited for dinner at freind's house...........chapathi,2 spoons kheer,veg biryani(small bowl)

    weekends will be always like this without workouts , sometimes parties, over eating... never mind... we got to cross all this and succeed in our weight loss... so just keep crossing the hurdles... all the best...

    Hi All,

    Lost 1 lb this week. Thanks to partying on Sat and Sunday:) till now! My target was 1.5 lbs..But I guess I enjoyed the indulgence:) No workout Sat and Sunday..wil be back to routine from tomorrow:)

    Priya..no no..I lost only 1 lb:)...I aim at only 1.5 lbs a week as I do not diet:)...We will motivate each other through out!

    @5.00---------1 cup coffee wthout sugar n 3 marie biscuits
    @7.00----------2 phulkas
    @7.45---------salad of capsicum,carrot,cabbage mix with low fat curd,black pepper
    @8.15--------1 apple,1 cup milk

    congrats on your weight loss:thumbsup........i have not checked weight because if their is no loss then again with tension will start munching food.........from yesterday i have plan not to take rice........
