New Diet chart with my experience !

    hi,
    my day 4 feb-------

    @6.30-------hot water with fenugreek seeds
    @7.00----------masala tea(cinnamon,ginger,pepper,elaichi) with no milk,no sugar........ added shatavari kalp & 3 tbsp bran flakes with 1 cup milk,3 tbsp oats withh low fat curd ,salt n pepper
    @10.15 --------green tea without sugar
    @5.15 ---------1 cup coffee wthout sugar n 3 marie biscuits
    @7.15 ----------2 phulkas
    @8.00 ----------dal made frm tur n moongdal
    @8.30---------1/2 apple,8-9 grapes,1 slice of kiwi
    @9.00---------1 cup milk with shatavari kalp

    exrcise-----1 time steps,15mins cardio,25 mins floor exercise,by standing etc......

    no extra sugar,only tht much contain in shatavari kalp :cheers
    i took afternoon nap for 2 hrs.bonkwas feeling tire n also got cramp in bikini area while doing situps

    i followed this diet long back reduced and now into normal diet... this was the only diet which helped me to loose weight in the way i wanted...here is the succes story of my loss weight loss...

    if you are going to eat only fruits for dinner time is not issue... its upto you...

    Hi IL,

    Thanks Shvap for the constant support:)

    Yesterday's diet:

    Bfast- 1 cup of oven roasted zuchinni and yellow squash with 1 cup yogurt
    Lunch - 1 veggie burger( with garden veggie patties)
    Snack- 1/2 cup bhel with 1 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tsp tamarind chutney
    Dinner- 2 rava idlis with 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup kottu and 1/2 cup cabbage

    An hour on the elliptical..

    Day 11-Thursday- 5th February

    10 Am- 1/2 cup dry oats+1/4 cup nonfat yogurt+salt
    2 pm- 1 cup lemon rice
    4 pm- 1 cup fat free milk
    8 pm- 1/2 cup poha
