New Diet chart with my experience !

    Hi Krishnamma,
    The reason your hubby lost more weight than you ,could be because men tend to lose weight faster than women.Their body composition helps them to lose faster and their metabolism is higher than women.They also tend to be more active than women.

    For Lunch

    · For lunch, measure 75 gms of rice, and have it as per your wish.
    · Like, take lemon rice, coriander rice, pudina rice or curd rice. or you can devide into two to have one mixed rice and curd rice.
    · For lunch have this cooked rice with one cucumber or one tomato or one carrot as raitha.
    · If you are taking mixed rice for lunch, you can have raitha.
    · Or you can have some curry with that mixed rice.
    · But make curry without oil. That is all.
    · If you want to take veg. rice or kootu rice, then reduce the rice quantity to 50 gms.
    · For curd rice you can have pickle.

    Hi jes,

    I reduced 9lbs. and he reduced 5 lbs. only. But the thing is I did dieting and he had food normal. I know that each and every body will have their own Metabolism. And also it will work quickly for men than women.RantBut in my case, after seeing the results, I become like Buddha:idea and want to experiment like him.

    Evening Snack and Dinner

    For evening snack:

    Have 2 to 4 biscuts, one hand full of channa or ground nut , one hand full of potato chips. any one like this of your choice.

    That is about 50 to 60 gms of these kind of snack with one coffee or tea. Or even you can take fruit juice.

    For dinner:

    Have only fruits. Better to have apples and oranges.
    Once in a while you can change the fruits.
    But don’t have banana regularly.
    Occasionally you can have it.

    So ladies,

    what do you think about this new diet plan? Is it worth to implement? I am going to test this from Monday. That is from 1st June. Today is feast day for me. I want to give fap for 3 days and going to start the new plan. Let us see how it will be? Any body wants to join me in this can join. Let us start from Monday.
