    Hi Krishnamma,

    Do you remember me? I started with you ppl on the first week of this diet program and then suddenly stopped it, because I couldnt do it because of the situation at my home, I couldnt concentrate on it. First week I could manage to maintain the same weight, but didnt lose anything as I had dinner normally in the nights for sat'day and sunday. I want to start it again today itself and I'll keep posting my diet and I liked the diet chart suggested.

    I have one more question, how can I add the TickerFactory weight loss ticker to my posts. Please let me know.

    Yes I remember you. mm. no problem. at any time you can start this diet plan. you are always welcome. Again I am telling , the key point is, you have to take fruits only for night. And also have plenty of water, do some exercise and take normal food.
    This will diffenetly help you to reduce weight or atleast you will loose some inches.
    Surely you will not put on weight. This is 100 % true. You will come to know this if you read all the posts.
    One of our friends, Laasya also checked this diet with doctor and she told this is very good one and just she added 1 cup milk in this diet. so start now and reduce weight.

    I added the ticker in my signature and saved it, but still I couldnt see it in my signature when I post something. The above ticker I directly pasted it in the message thats why you are able to see it.

    I want to have it in the signature without a need to enter it always, I think thats what you all guys do right?
