    In my money purse I have exactly Rs.5000/-
    There are Rs.5/- , Rs 20/- and Rs.100 /- only ,
    in equal number of notes of each denomination .
    How many notes are there in each denomination ?

    100*40 = 4000
    20*40 = 800
    5*40 =200

    Total of 4000+800+200 = 5000

    so no. of notes of each denomination is 40.

    lets say no. of notes = x

    so equation is

    100x+20x+5x = 5000

    125x = 5000

    x = 5000/125 = 40
