need your advice and attention

Hi friends, once again i am in need of you all. can anyone of you tell in hw much time the IgG levels come to normal. And is their any medicine for it to make IgG levels to a normal.
Plz help me for it as it about 7 months i had my blighted ovum or miscarriage and my levels are not normal. I am not able to conceive because if IgG levels are up.
