Need Tips On Making Cookie Pops

    Hi all,
    My daughter's birthday is coming in 2 weeks. I am planning to make Mickey mouse themed cookie pops to send to her playschool. I would have to make about 40 to 50 pops. I saw lot of tutorials. But never tried before. I want to know whether I can make them few days before?? What is the shelf life? Anyone made this?? Any tips will be useful..
