    Hi, One of my Friend is Working in IT Field and she uses Specs as well..She becomes Dull and Gets Eye pain often, working for 12 hours. Is there Good Natural Therapy for Eyes? So only Meds will Cure this?

    Hi, it is no wonder that eye fatigue or eye strain has become a common concern today and it is very annoying too. For instant relief here are few easy-to-follow natural treatments that will help reduce your risk of computer eye strain.

    1. Splash Your Eyes With Cold Water

    You can splash your eyes with cold water at least 3-4 times a day. This may help in relieving some of the soreness from your eyes.

    Tea bags are one of the most popular & natural beauty trick to perk up tired-looking eyes. Simply soak 2 used tea bags (black tea, Chamomile, lemon, green tea bags) bags in cold water & place them over the eyes for approximately 5-10 minutes. This will refresh tired eyes and provide instant relief.

    7. Milk & Honey Solution

    To reduce eye strain,add honey to warm milk and mix it well until it dissolves completely. Now with the help of an eyedropper, gently put this solution into your eyes. Repeat this as many times as possible.
