Need Restaurant Style Chili Chicken Recipe

    Hi non-veg lovers,

    Can anyone post a yummy restaurant style chili chicken.

    For those in bay area, I'm looking for Swagat or Banjara restaurant style chili chicken. It's not chinese version. It doesn't contain soy sauce etc.

    u may check vahrehvah dot com for chilli chicken recipe without soya sauce..i havent tried it though

    For half kg of chicken u need 4 meadium size onion cut into square shapes same as 4 bell papper. Cut the boneless chicken into small cubes marinate with 4 tbl spoon cornflour, 1 egg ,half teaspoon black papper pwdr, 2tbl spoon chilli sauce, half tbl spoon soya sauce , 2 tbl spoon tomato sauce , salt to taste, 2 pinches of garam masala pwdr, same as red chilli pwdr, 2 tbl spoon vineger and 2 tbl spoon ginger garlic paste .Mix it and deep fry the chicken like chicken nuggets. now take a pan add 3 to4 tbl spoon oil after heating add 2,3 chopped garlic 2, 3 green chilli cut it verticle after garlic turn golden add onion stir it to 5 to 6 min then add capsicum or bell pepper mix it and cover the pan for 6 to 7 min when both become soft add soya sauce half tbl spoon, chilli sauce and tomato sauce 2 -2 tbl spoon salt according to taste stir it for 2 min now add ur chicken mix it well B4 u serve add 1 tea spoon corn flour in half cup of water mix it thenadd it into dishe cook for 5 min then garnish with spring onion and green chillis.
