Need nutritive recipe for 3 yr old kid... help me please

    hai all,
    im a mom of a child who is 3 yr old. as every child of this age ,she too is very fussy in eating. im worried about her nutritional intake,
    plz sugesst some reciepies with high nutritional value.( we are non vegetarians)
