Re: need a stand to dry wet cloths

I bought one from Lifestyle shop in Chennai for Rs. 3000. They come in 2 sizes. Brand name: Bathla. I can dry a max of upto 2 washing machine loads. Check out bathla.com if interested.

I saw some cheaper versions in Murugan stores in Adyar. But they may rust because of wet clothes. They did not appear very sturdy ..... Stand collapsing with heavy wet clothes in the balcony ... :drowning.... might spoil my mood for the next few minutes.

One tip: If you are going to use it in an apartment's balcony which is narrow, pls measure your balcony and door entrance size before you go to the shop. :bonk

    Hi:)

There are stands available in the market ( in Mumbai & Kerela) it costs below Rs.1000.
    1) Foldable one is good, u can fold it & keep behind cupboards, showcases...underneath ur bed

    2) Elastic ropes are also there which u can use it anywhere (Rs.100)

    Yes Bathla is foldable.

You can dry sarees if you fold it (4 layers) and dry it.
