Need Info on rented house/'for sale' house

JP nagar 1st phase is posh compared to the other phases. the villas etc would be more available in Jp nagar 6th phase or more. 1st phase is an out and out BDA layout and the land prices there would easily be 4500 per sqft. apartments all mostly come in jpnagar 5th, 6th etc till 9th phases. the kind of flat you ask with all amenities would cost easily 60lakhs or more, according to my knowledge. builders like shoba's apartments would be even more costlier.
