need info about Kuchipudi & Bharatanatyam

I need some information about south indian classical dance styles : bharatanatyam / Kuchipudi

1. what are the common ballet themes performed with content related to love ?
something like Goda kalyanam.. kumara sambhavam etc . And do they mix styles ever ?

2. what is more common.. women dressing for men's roles or men playing women... ??

3. can anyone name some young MALE dancers who are famous for playing female characters in the above styles ? ( i have seen and known a couple...but they are a bit elder now...and bcos of age , and acquired fame ppl r easily recognizing them )
