Need Info about company TAACA Energy resorces development company Al Khobar

I am Male engineer 50 years old from Bangalore. I have got an offer for 14000 Sr+25% HRA+10% TA from TAACA Energy Resorces developemnt company in Al Khobar. Would like to know whether the offer is OK . I will be grateful if someone from this forum can throw light on this company. I have read that many companies do not pay up and the scope of any compalints to Govt authorities in Saudi are not always favourable even when companies are at mistake. I am generally aware of the restrictions in Saudi as told me to me by persons who worked there while I was in UAE.
