For breakfast you can have something like sandwitch, cornflakes or oats which do not take much time to cook and light. For lunch try to cut vegetables previous day and cook so that u will need less time in the morning.

Prepare some podi/powders like curry leaf powder, garlic powder, etc. Prepare pulihora mix(you can store them upto 15 days if you keep in fridge) using tamarind/mango and whenever u need just cook rice and mix with rice.

You can chop extra onions and store in air tight box in fridge for upto a week(i normally dont prefer this).
You can prepare ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, tomato paste etc for about a week and store in fridge and then use it when required. Ginger garlic paste can be stored upto a month if stored in airtight box(add salt and haldi while making paste. It will stay fresh longer) in fridge.
