Need Help To Search For A Caretaker For My Kid

    Hi friends,
    My dd is 7mths old & I have joined back at work. While I will be working from home, I need someone who can help take care of my baby while I am working. Can you give me some pointers where to search for this help? I tried posting in some FB groups and sulekha, but in vain. Are there any other options? I dont want to start her at daycare until she is atleast one year old. Thanks in advance!

    check care.com. They have nannies with identities registered. Other way is to ask people around, if they known someone having nanny. nannies have their own circle so they know each other who is looking for jobs.
