Hello ladies.. We recently got relocated from chennai coz of my hubby s transfer... We are looking out for a decent flat for rental in Hyderabad or Secunderabad ... Pls share your thoughts on how we go about this... I am not very happy about brokers and the places they show... Looking fwd for your suggestions Many thanks
1. Make use of property websites where house owners themselves post ads 2. Get help from your hubby's colleagues to know any availabilities near to the place they stay
Thanks poem.. For ur quick reply.. All the flats tat we saw till now are very old ones n not upto the level... N in all property websites most of the posts are from the agents.. They wan us to come and pay some initial money after which they show a flat... But that also is not successful till now...
