Hi All, I really need help with my health issues. Zero stamina and over weight. I was underweight until my marriage. After that i took some medicines because of the side effect i gained lot of weight. Then i stopped medicine. Did exercise, lost weight. Back in shape. After sometime stopped exercise gained weight again. Pregnancy- gained weight again. Due to breast feeding lost weight again. Stopped breast feeding, joined back to work. No time to exercise gained weight again. Again stopped working started exercise back in shape. Restarted job and very bad schedule. No exercises gained weight. Until marriage everyone did body shame telling i am so slim. Now telling fat. It has been 5-6 rounds of weight loose journey in last 10 years. I am running between 64kg -70kg. My pre pregnancy weight was 56 kg. (Which i think I can never reach). Before marriage 47kg. I find it hard to maintain rather loosing weight. I got sever depression at times. Never get deep sleep(it has been years. Took medicine but due to side effect stopped it). Even now with job and housework, kid find very less time to exercise. All the weight which i lost was only due to exercise. As I can't control my food due to depression. Any guidance to put a full stop to this journey between 64-70 and permanently halt on 60? Please ignore my immature sentence or spelling or grammar. Desperately looking for a solution not bullying please.
