need help for discolourations on inner thighs/bikini lines and hands

Hi,

I am 24 years old female.I am basically fair ,however my inner thighs,bikini lines and hands are dark (discolourations formed on those areas) which embrassing em a lot.

I am going to get marraied on November month..I wanted to get rid of this ugly discolourations on these areas ..I have tried Melederm cream ones which gave a very bad side effects and didnot give any results .

Even tried peeling ..again it doesnt suit my skin and also it produced like allergic kind of side effects as peeling also contains chemicals in it .

Can anyone suggest me how to get rid of this discolourations plzz So that I could and try to get rid .

Also anyone have idea about "Divine Derriere" cream ..when I googled for my problem I found this cream is for anal bleaching and it will safely remove the discolourations it seems though it contains hydroquonine .
Could someone please help me on this .
Before my marriage,I need to have even skin tone without any discolouration ..plzz help me
