am not working,since 1 1/2 year am in dubai.for past 6 months am in india,b4 i resided in quasis,i came here 2 weeks back,having kid ,she is 3+ years ,she got admission in dps.tel abt u

There is yoga sessions at Hayya! club, Meadows, Emirate Hills. I think they have it in Greens also.

i am also staying in DG and also looking forward to do yoga or pilates..and again everything around is really expensive..
i was wondering that i have a really good DVD that teaches yoga ..
why not we make a group and make it a class and do it at each others places..as in every time we can opt one home and get together there one particular day..do the class together and then go home..this way it wont be a burden on one person and plus it wod be a group effort..

Hi, Nice to see ILs member in DG, I sometimes goto gym in our building or join my friend who stays next to our bldg.

If you are looking for yoga DVD, you can download some videos from youtube or some yoga sites. There are good yoga videos by ramdev.
