Need Gluten Free High protein breakfast items

    Hi ILites,

    I am looking for high protein breakfast items which doesnt have to be accompanied with wheat/rice/breads. eg. mung dal chilla and stuff like that. No Soy because of thyroid and restricted paneer(all protein is washed away in whey, rest is just residue!).

    What about quinoa? you can make it like sweet daliya or like savory chidwa. some baked eggs with veges,
