Hi ILites, I am looking for high protein breakfast items which doesnt have to be accompanied with wheat/rice/breads. eg. mung dal chilla and stuff like that. No Soy because of thyroid and restricted paneer(all protein is washed away in whey, rest is just residue!). Thanks, HCP
