hello, we have a 10yrs old flat in chennai for which we want to get the entire floor tiles relayed...the old ones seem to get damaged. it is a 700 sq feet flat..want to know 1 how much would it cost approximately 2. how is the cost calculated..is it by sq feet ..will that include material,men and everything else. 3. contact details of any individual direct tile masonary within chennai area who is willing to do the work..if we provide him with the materials..and who also does good work. i dont want to go for any contractors for this work.. and also, i dont want to go with something that i get in justdial as i wont be sure about their work and most of them seem to be overpriced. so, your advise and help in this regard is highly appreciated.
