    Dear ILs,
My 6 year old daughter has an activity in her school which says to prepare her to enact in an Eco-Play using a prop.
The topics are cleanliness of the body, safety rules, people who help us, different types of foods, modes of transport and different types of clothes.
Does any one know, what is an eco-play? Please suggest me some ideas on this activity.

    Dear ILs,
My 6 year old daughter has got an activity in her school where she has to enact using a prop in an Eco-Play.
the topics are safety rules, cleanliness of the body, people who help us, different types of food, modes of transport and different type of clothes.
Marks will be given for presentation, props used and message conveyed.
Does any one know what is an Eco-play? Friends, please give me some suggestions for the same.

No dear, it does not seem so, as the message was like this-
Please ensure that your child will prepare & enact with a prop on any the given topics.
The topics are cleanliness of the body, safety rules, people who help us, different types of foods, modes of transport and different types of clothes.
Does any one know, what is an eco-play? Please suggest me some ideas on this activity.

    Re: suggestions for eco-play

Well for eco play (diff types of clothing)you can make your DD a paper dress made out of say a big paper cover( like ikea's big shopper paper bags) then make ear rings with small plastic lids of bottles (like Pepsi etc)
Then if possible make a small bracelet with the lifs of the bottles.

I am sure our ILites here are more creative than me and will be able to suggest you better ideas :)

    Thanks Dinny for your reply.
Her teacher told me that eco-play is a play, where she won't speak a word and enact using a prop but the message has to be conveyed.
Please ILs give your valuable suggestion.

make a chart which shows water conservation, with pictures from old magazine..(you are recyling..). you can use a old stick/or the wooden rod/plastic one that comes with a mop as the holder. again recyling.

you can talk about safety using pictures, and dialogues everything represented using the prop..it could be a globe whichi is melting and asking to be saved..
