Hi all, i am planning to buy a appartment/Vila in chennai and Construct a new house in own land in native. i want to know what all the factors need to consider before confirming a appartment/Vila to buy. Any Checklist to be taken care before starting construction of individual house like what all the permissions to be taken in local bodies, type of builders, vastu, etc., thanks in advance
