    Kindly provide contact point for good nanny to take care of my 3 yr old.

    My experience with agencies has not been good so far.

    Well..unless there is a dire need financially I would suggest you staying back and taking care of your kid personally and not leave the child To a nanny..

    Why am saying this is there are so many bad things happening with kids and so parents should be careful..

    Anyways don't u have parents or inlaws with whom u can leave ur child?
