Need a suggestion on menstruation

Hello mam ....

I have a doubt regarding my health issue .....by reading this que pls don't think it as a silly que am very much worried about this n in total confusion
Here is my doubt

My periods are 7 days due to come but today I observed a little brown color discharge just for only one r two times ...again I didn't find that ....last night I ate a very spicy food is this one of the reason r ...

My que is... is this period r not why am asking means tomorrow we r planing
to visit a temple and all the arrangements were done Am very much worried about this should I go r not pls pls reply me soon

Spicy food may not be the reason.
If you are planning i think this might be implantation bleeding. Don't worry carry a san. pad with you. It might help. After two or three days you can have a pregnancy test done at home.

Generally women have brown spotting a day or two before a full bleed menstruation. I feel, this is normal, if you are having regular periods.

Relax and enjoy your visit to the temple.
