Neck pain

    Home remedies are not the replacement for medication if its the serious problem. But one should exercise regularly to protect yourself for the future.

    In yoga, theer are lots of neck bending exercises that are really effective. It helps you in relaxing during pain.

    Usually what happens we sit for long hours in a same pose. This stresses our neck mainly as we do not make movements an get tired soon.

    Yoga will make you move in different directions in which we usually don't move. This give relaxation to the muscles.

    So, exercises are needed for the healthy life.

    Every time taking medicine for minor problems is really not recommended. If theses minor problems can be treated by practising some simple yoga exercises then taking medicine should be avoided.

    Hi,
    I read about a product called " Praan Pain Relief Plasters". It is supposed to be imported and good... One of my uncles who had chronic back pain had used similar kind of plasters he bought from Japan. If this product is anything like that, then, it could be very good for all kind of muscular and joint pains...
