Exactly my point.
It is strange that the law allows divorcees or widows to become parents via surrogacy but not for those who live together without a marriage? What is the logic behind?

If I knew that I am infertile, what is the point of waiting for 5 years after marriage to opt for surrogacy?

Secondly, the law apparently says the surrogate mother should be a relative to the couple. How safe it is for the child and its emotional well being down the line? Especially after knowing his/her surrogate mother who is part of the extended family?

 

I like Nayantara coz she has always been dignified and not theirs to wash the dirty linen in public and not pointing fingers at anyone and handling things on her own with lot of guts without blame game.She seems mature, does not seek any sort of validation anymore and is at peace.God gave her this beautiful family as a gift for all the pain she went through and god bless her and family
