According to sources, the actress is an ardent devotee of Lord Krishna and she named her son after the deity.
The actress and her husband Santhosh Menon recently held the naming ceremony at her residence 'Nandanam' in Thrissur. The couple got married on January 21 last year. Navya is currently doing the Malayalam films Violet and Ekadashy and Tamil film Appavi.
