    hi shiva, sinhgada aata/flour in this picture is looking like a bajara flour that we get here in al adil store for indian foods.
    bajara flour is of the same colour (of above shown flour) and tastes bitter.
    so is it bajara flour?

    Bajra flour and sinhgada flour are totally opposite. Bajra is bitter in nature but sinhgada is not. The flour shown above is not Bajra.
