Natural remedies for hair loss that actually work. Adopting a few herbal remedies is also helpful in facilitating hair growth.

I would like to suggest some Remedies which is prevent Hair Loss.

Onion and garlic : The element sulphur increases the production of collagen which in turn helps the hair to grow. Onion and garlic are rich sources of sulphur and this explains why they have been used in traditional medicines for regrowth of hair.

Coconut : coconut provides a host of ingredients that naturally condition and promote growth of hair. The milk of the coconut contains proteins, essential fats and minerals such as potassium and iron; using it regularly can reduce the breakage of hair.

Hibiscus : Hibiscus has rejuvenating properties – it nourishes hair, prevents premature greying and also helps cure dandruff. Regular use of the flowers can help prevent hair loss too.

Amla : Amla Packed with vitamin C and rich in antioxidants, amla is the perfect solution for most hair loss woes. Besides applying to the scalp, it is also helpful to consume it on a regular basis because the vitamin C is good for your body.

Take a coconut (don't break it), remove all the coir over it.. Carefully open the 3 holes on top of it.. Insert few spoons of methi seeds (according to ur requirement) Add some water if required... And allow to soak overnight..
In the morning, break it and fine grind all the stuff inside (methi n coconut).
    Now apply :coffee
    n wash off after 1-2hrs...

Good for dry n dull hair... A friend of mine suggested this to me... Works great:2thumbsup:

And take vitamin b12 supplements and iron supplements especially if u are vegetarian as their deficiency can cause hair loss.
Get enough essential fatty acids: from walnuts, flaxseeds, fish and avocado .
Boost bioton: Biotin encourages hair and scalp health. Dietary sources of biotin include: nuts, brown rice and oats.
