    Hello, Use green cardamom to fry and you can take that cardamam powder when ever you feel indigestion. It does not matter before or after meals. ok? and one more thing I am KRISHNA AMMA.:-D :wave

    take 1/2 cup of buttermilkadd some water,little bit of salt,sugar,asafoetida.mix it and drink it .it is really helpful.
    take 2 tsps of jeera and boil it in 1/2 litre of water .cool and have the water regularly.but the water bolied should be consumed the same day.
    even taking cardamoms help. i have seen in my sister's place. they used to put couple of cardamoms and boil and cool the water.
    roast coriander seeds and jeera well in apan without adding any oil.cool and powder. you can have a spoon of this powder mixed with hot rice.then u can proceed with rest of your meal.

    tips to tackle cold and cough

    take 20 tulsi leaves and 5 peppercorns along with hot water everyday at night.this will stop running nose.
    take 2 tsps of honey inhot water morning and evening. this would help asthma patients.
    taking garlic regularly helps in combating colds.
    if u have cough have hot milk with honey and pepper powder.
    you can even add panakarkandu to hot milk and drink
    u can add pepper powder and turmeric powder to hot milk. it soothes the throat and gives good sleep.
    if u have sinus ,put some omum and turmeric in sampirani(charcoal briquettes) and inhale. u get instant sampiranis these days in the market.

    Dear Kanaka,

    Chukku vellam ( by vellam I mean water, in malayalam, not jaggery) podi is available in the shops. When you boil the water , just add a tsp or two init . It is actually very good for health if you can drink it a little warm.
    In kerala you'll find that water is served in the sadyas.
