Yes you may. Please keep it regular and please try not to stop in the middle of any dasakam. Rest assured that the lord knows about all our duties/work pressures. Srimad Bhagavatham says in one place “Bhavagrahi Janardanah“. The lord appreciates our bhavam more than anything else.

The first sloka of Narayaneeyam starts with “Sandraanandaavabodhatmakam“ touching upon the universal attributes of the “Nirguna Parabrahmam“ the highest concept of God in Hinduism. It ends with “Hantha Bhagyam Jananaam“. This is an excellent sloka which can be used for daily meditation.

I came across this thread, when I was searching for Narayaneem classes in and around jaynagar bangalore during the weekends as I am working I want to learn the correct pronunciation to recite/read Narayaneeyam, I do have the mp3 downloaded but I seem to find it difficult to listen and recite.
Can anyone pls help me with the info
