Dear Usha Yes you may. Please keep it regular and please try not to stop in the middle of any dasakam. Rest assured that the lord knows about all our duties/work pressures. Srimad Bhagavatham says in one place “Bhavagrahi Janardanah“. The lord appreciates our bhavam more than anything else.
Dear All The first sloka of Narayaneeyam starts with “Sandraanandaavabodhatmakam“ touching upon the universal attributes of the “Nirguna Parabrahmam“ the highest concept of God in Hinduism. It ends with “Hantha Bhagyam Jananaam“. This is an excellent sloka which can be used for daily meditation.

Dear Bhaktas, I am sharing a link to a website on Narayaneeyam with translation and word-by-word meaning. The translation is done by Smt Asha Murarka, a disciple of my grand uncle the late Sri NS Venkata Krishnan. Hope this site would prove useful to all. Regards
