nanny in brighton/hove for indian family

    hi,
    we stay in hove and are looking for a nanny to help with our 31/2 yr old son. any ideas. how do working parents manage. please help/guide.

    also we are interested in meeting other indian families to socialize. please let us know if there is any gathering of indian families in brighton/hove or if anyone is interested to meet up.
