    But I don't know what is is called, hence. cannot google exercises, home treatment, etc

    Please tell, what is name of this anatomy, in purple circle.

    I believe it is called hypothenar eminence. Seems like pain or tenderness in that area is quite common. I hope you find relief.

    :hello: I guess the pain would vanish on its own . I write this from my exp.
    Home remedy suggested by my spouse:
    Keep the palm immersed from time to time in lukewarm water after dissolving rock salt in it.
    Another suggestion innocuous from that I read it somewhere: If you feel there is a tough core in the pain site, dab it gently with a tiny bundle of rock salt suitably packed and warmed up by dunking it in oil (sesame or castor) that is just hot.

    Ps: trust your uncle is progressing well post surgery.

    Right now he is scheduled for various CAT scans the next two weeks. CAT scan determines size of veins, arteries, etc

    Based on those results, the hospital will schedule him for Angiogram, i.e. to see if there are blockages and to add stent if needed.


    This is scary as hell, but we have to take one step at a time
