Hi, I am having few doubts in adding the name of my 15 months old son to his birth certificate. Any help will be much appreciated. 1. What is the procedure. The corporation office website says we have to contact the respective zonal offices. Has anybody done it? 2. He was born in a hospital at Amjikarai. Can I reach the corporation office at shollinganallur to get the name included? 3. How many will they take to give the certificate? Thanks, Gomathi
Hi i think u don have to go till sholinganallur . call up ur hospital dey will tell u wer dey got the certificate from it shud be somewer nearby only. Once dey tell abt the office jus go in person add the child's name u might need to give 250 or 500 rupees as bribe alone . one copy of certificate will cost 50-100 rupees
