Hi, I want to know the baby name changing procedure. I am from madurai. My baby was born in madurai. I got the birth certificate in madurai itself. Now my baby age is 2 and we are in chennai. We want to change her name into a new and best one. But we don't know where to start and proceed. Please anyone tell about the name changing procedure. Please help us. Thanks in advance.
Hi ramya, I dont know much about the procedure, but still i can reply you, The gazette office is next building to LIC , Mount Road, You can get the form there, It has to be filled and signed by the father, some what around 500/- will be the charge
