    Ok..today am gonna pen down some points related to health for all working women..

    As a working women you will have a hectic schedule and find no time to concentrate on your health..But if goes on like that..you may not continue the journey like this for a long time..You are the one who need to take care of the whole family and your health is the most important factor in it..Balancing work and family can put additional stress on women, When family and work demands collide, the resulting stress can lead to physical health problems such as poor appetite, lack of sleep, increase in blood pressure, fatigue..so just go through the below points..

    -->Just wake up 20 mins before than you usually do and go for a walk..After all..something is better than nothing always..Exercise can be a real stress remover and so many don't know this fact..
    -->If you notice any frequent pains in your body immediately consult a doctor and take care.don't neglect
    -->Whereever it is possible try to walk down as much as you can..
    -->Due to lack of time so many will rely on the fried snacks which is very dangerous..if you really don't have time just bring an apple or guava in your lunch box and munch it on when you are hungry..
    -->If you don't have time for preparing food for yourself..please don't eat those packet foods..instead knead some flour and make few chapathis in advance and store it in your fridge..you can just cook them and put it in your box..
    -->Always keep some basic tablets with you ..no one knows when you may get a severe cold..
    -->Keep yourselves covered when you step out..as you travle among different people there are chances that you may get some allergies..


    I can say exercise is the best thing if want to develop good stamina..As you need to perform a double role you need to be very fit and active all the time..So whenever you find an opportunity just exercise..~It removes all the stress!

    I am getting into your Nari express a little late......
    Captivating and apt title..........:thumbsup
    Just like the way the express runs.....no matter how fast....it is on the track....and shuttles between its destinations......If we too are focused I think things would be joyful like the train journey......
    Only thing is.....we should be conscious of time.......( Our railways......:spin.)

    Yes as you said our life should be so sweet as a beautiful train journey..things would be messy sometimes but once we settle down the journey would be too good to miss ..
