Sadly It is not that serious offence unless there is a penetration . People can escape with as liitle as 6 months sentence with so many loop holes in the old law. I do not know about the details if that new bill was passed. Hopefully the loopholes are closed

Dear Zingy

I started a thread under "Girls abused in shops" i have seen so many visits but not a single reply to that. It happens everywhere in our family or at work. girls or boys joining the shops in very young age facing lot of problem. So I made a point if a shop engages below 15 years girls or boys I don't enter into that shop.

We need to teach our child about good touch and bad touch.

Zingy hats off to you for bringing this topic. I was out of station that is why I missed this thread so long.
By the way where is this tulir.
